During our careers we’ve probably reported on hundreds of businesses – from global corporations to side hustles – but few have made such a profound impression as Little Barn of Calm.    

It’s been a real privilege meeting Tracy Fee and hearing her story, the reasons why she started Hiyed and the remarkable work it’s doing in providing hope and opportunities for people who otherwise faced years of unemployment and life on the periphery.    

Never mind opening a fantastic hair salon, we got the impression that Abi can achieve anything she sets out to do – and she’s only 22.
